  • 1:1 and Partner Training

    Personalized training sessions designed around your body, your goals, and your season of life. Sessions focus on building strength, improving mobility, and helping you feel more connected and capable in your body—without burnout or extremes.

    Train one-on-one for individualized support, or bring a partner for shared accountability and energy. Sessions are available in-studio or virtually.

    1:1 Personal Training (50 min, in‑studio or virtual)

    Single session: $75

    New Client Intro (5): $325

    10‑session pack: $700

    Partner Training (two people, 50 min, in‑studio or virtual)

    Single session: $55 each (two people, 50 min) (total $110)

    10‑session pack: $50 each/session (total $1,000)

    *24‑hour cancellation. Packs are non‑refundable; 10‑packs expire in 12 weeks.

  • Nutrition Coaching

    Fuel your body in a way that feels natural and sustainable. We’ll focus on simple, daily strategies—emphasizing protein, fiber, and balance—so you build confidence and long‑term results.

The Heart Behind Wildly Well

Hi, I’m Candace.

I know what it feels like to push your body to the point of burnout, chasing perfection with workouts and food, and still not feel at home in yourself. My own journey through disordered eating, overtraining, and eventually learning to honor rest and balance is what led me here.

Wildly Well grew out of that shift, a desire to help women feel strong, resilient, and free in their bodies without extremes. My approach blends functional strength training, breath, and lifestyle practices that make wellness sustainable and supportive rather than overwhelming.

When I’m not coaching you’ll find me outdoors with my dog, hiking, mountain biking, or camping. Nature grounds me, and it’s the same sense of connection and empowerment I hope to share with the women I work with.

Wildly Well is about more than workouts. It’s about reclaiming your energy, building resilience, and creating a way of living that feels rooted, adventurous, and authentically yours.
